Dr. Peter Gammel most recently held the position of vice president and CTO of the Mobile and Wireless Infrastructure Business Unit at GlobalFoundries. Previously, he was the CTO of Skyworks Solutions, Inc. and also served as CTO and vice president of engineering at SiGe Semiconductor before its acquisition by Skyworks. Prior to SiGe Semiconductor, he was vice president of engineering at Renaissance Wireless and CTO at Advance Nanotech and for Agere Systems’ Analog Products Business. He was also a distinguished member of technical staff at Alcatel-Lucent Bell Labs. Gammel received a bachelor of science in physics and mathematics from Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Ph.D. in physics from Cornell University.

Dr. Ismail Lakkis served as the President and CTO of Adeptence, LLC. Dr. Lakkis was responsible for Adeptence’s overall technical vision, core technology, and design and development, bringing almost two decades of experience in wireless communications, systems, signal processing, and integrated circuit design. Dr. Lakkis Co-founded Tensorcom, Inc. in 2006 and served as its CTO. Prior to founding Tensorcom, Dr. Lakkis served as the CTO of Novowave (Kalon Semiconductor, Inc.), where he led the high speed ultra-wideband chip development. Before joining Kalon Semiconductor, Dr. Lakkis was the Founder and CEO of Wideband Access from 2002 to 2005 where he was responsible for the design and development of the first 1Gbps solution for the WPAN market; Director of ASICs, Systems and Wireless products at Mitsubishi; and Technology Manager at Wireless Facilities, Inc. Dr. Lakkis holds over 40 patents, and is a member and recognized leader within the IEEE professional organization and in several industry standards groups. He holds a PhD in electrical engineering from Ecole Central de Nantes. Dr. Lakkis received a Masters in Electrical Engineering from Ecole Centrale de Nantes, and B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the Lebanese University of Beirut.

Clint Brown’s most recent position was SVP of Marketing and Sales at Resonant. Prior to that he was Director of Business Development of Broadcom’s Mobility Wireless Connectivity Group. He has over thirty-five years of sales, business development and marketing experience, specializing in semiconductor based wireless and wireline communication technologies, including 802.11 WLAN, BlueTooth, FM, GNSS, NFC, Wireless Charging, RF Filtering, Ethernet, Home Phoneline Networking (HomePNA), and Analog Modems. He was also a former Board of Director and Vice Chairman of the Wi-Fi Alliance.
