Ubilite Announces Executive Leadership Changes
San Diego, CA — December 18, 2025 — Ubilite, Inc., a pioneer in ultra-low-power wireless connectivity solutions for AI-enabled edge devices, today announced that Peter Gammel, President & Chief Operating Officer will assume responsibility for the duties and functions of the Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately. Mr. Gammel succeeds George Holmes, who has resigned from his board and executive roles to pursue opportunities associated with Luventix, where he serves as Chairman of the Board.
Mr. Gammel will work closely with the executive team and the Board to ensure operational continuity, disciplined execution against the company’s product roadmap, and sustained momentum with customers and partners.
