UBILITE Names Jason Trachewsky as Chief Product Officer

SanDiego, CA – April 29, 2025 – UBILITE, a leader in ultra-low power wireless connectivity, today announced the appointment of Jason Trachewsky as ChiefProduct Officer. Reporting to CEO George Holmes, Trachewsky will drive product strategy and ensure Ubilite’s portfolio meets both business goals and market needs.

Trachewsky brings deep leadership and technical expertise from across the wireless industry. He most recently was VP of Engineering for Pleno and  CEO of Aquifi and previously was founder and COO of Passif Semiconductor, a low-power wireless startup acquired by Apple in2013. Earlier, he spent over a decade at Broadcom, where he led Wi-Fi engineering and was named Fellow for scaling the business to $500M+ in annual revenue. Trachewsky holds 150+ patents and a BSEE from Stanford University.
